All products purchased directly from Okv. come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your purchase is from one of our resellers, then you will need to contact them directly to obtain a refund or file any form of claim with them in accordance with their own return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase or receipt of the gift, you may return the purchase for a full refund of the purchase value. Any return will require a copy of the invoice to determine the actual purchase price.
Any returns do not include shipping charges. For any return, you will need to pay all shipping costs incurred in sending the purchased item to you, as well as shipping costs for returning it to us. Shipping costs to and from the Okv. warehouse are not included in any cancellations.
We only need a proof of purchase showing the date of purchase and the price, proving that the product is still brand new, has never been used, and is in the same original packaging and condition as when you received it. Any returns should be packed in the same shipment box that received the item to ensure that we receive the item in proper condition.
We do not provide shipping labels for return to the warehouse, you must arrange for shipping back to us. Please email the tracking number back to us as we need to return it to our warehouse before the refund can be processed. Okv. is not responsible for delays in transport beyond its control. If you choose to cancel your order due to delayed shipping time, you will have to arrange and pay for shipping back to our warehouse.
All items marked as special, same-day sale, clearance or discount on original MSRP are considered final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Process: Simply email jasonzhao@cookerhome.com and let us know why you want to return the product, a copy of your invoice or online order number, and a picture of the product in its original packaging. Upon receiving your email, we will reply you with an RN #, which you will need to mention on the return package and the address to which you will need to ship it back. Once shipped, simply email us back a copy of the shipping receipt and details of how you wish to receive your refund. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the product at the warehouse.
Orders will be processed within 24-72 hours, so once you place an order and once it is shipped from our warehouse, we usually cannot adjust your shipping address or item. If you have any changes or cancellations, please email jasonzhao@cookerhome.com immediately with the subject line action “OKV NEW ORDER -” Need to change “or” cancel order “and we will do our best to help before your order ships. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will not be able to make any changes. Okv. is not responsible for delays in transport beyond its control. Refunds are made through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are processed immediately through our account, but it may take up to 10 days to be returned to your account, so please wait 5-10 business days to see this refund in your account. I’m sorry it took so long..
