When will my order ship and how long should I wait to receive it: Orders will usually ship within 2-4 days of you placing your order. It may take longer due to circumstances beyond your control. Weekdays are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Any orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday, or the next business day if it is a public holiday. All orders are shipped from our West Coast warehouse and it usually takes 7-12 business days to receive your order, but it may take longer due to certain unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances such as bad weather, strikes, global pandemics, etc. Okv. is not responsible for delays beyond its control.
Tracking number: You will receive a tracking number notification after your order has been shipped. If you did not receive one, please email jasonzhao@cookerhome.com.
Can I adjust an order after I place it: Once your order has been placed, we will not be able to change it. If you need to add something else, you can always place another order.
Can I change my address after shipping: You must contact the carrier directly to make any changes after the order has been shipped. We are not responsible for any change of address after delivery of the order.
Can I cancel my order after it has shipped: We will not be able to cancel or refund your order once it has shipped. Please wait for you to receive it and then follow the information on our Returns and cancellations page.
